These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website, apps, games, evaluations and other digital products and services provided by NOVANET LLC ("NovaNet", "we", "us" or "our"), including the following free offerings:

• Other NovaNet LLC's free or paid services or products.
• Nova Budapest Intro Stage 0 (opens in a new tab)
• Other Nova Budapest (opens in a new tab) games and digital products (IP owned by NovaNet LLC).

By accessing or using these offerings, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Please read both before using them. If you do not agree, do not use the offerings.

The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Your use does not replace any separate consent required by applicable law, and you retain your statutory privacy rights.

To the extent permitted by law, NovaNet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the offerings. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the offerings at any time. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary, including to protect security, address misuse or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property and liability provisions, survive termination.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the last updated date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or seek your agreement. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable law.
